1-155.老化

今回は、
先週、アメリカスタンフォード大学の医学部教授たちが発表した、
ある研究結果についてです。

これは老化についての研究で、
25歳から75歳の108人に対し、
3ヶ月から6ヶ月おきに、
血液、
腸、
皮膚の細菌、
排泄物
などのサンプルを採取して体内変化を調べたというものです。
(期間は約1年〜7年間)

その結果報告によると、
なんと、「44歳と60歳」の2回のタイミングで、
老化進行の落とし穴があるということがわかりました。

この2回のタイミングに、
老化や機能不全における「生態分子の変化」が認められたのです。

これまでの研究は、皮膚の老化観察や、筋力の変化などが主でしたが、
今回は、遺伝子レベルでの変化をみたものです。

老化の過程で、遺伝子の変化から身体の中ではどのような細胞反応が起きているのか?

また、腸内細菌叢をみて、
そこからその人の食生活や生活習慣がみえるので、
日常生活の中で老化加速の原因が何なのか？

これまでの「老化」は年齢と共に一定速度で進んでいくという見方でしたが、

今回の研究は「遺伝子」レベルでみているため、
その人の生活習慣で無理をすると、すぐさま何かしらの反応が出るようです。

特に、細胞老化が酸化ストレスで加速していくのであれば、

当然老化度にはかなりの個人差があるはずです。

では、どのような生活習慣の中に老化加速の原因があるのでしょうか？

また44歳と60歳の2回のタイミング、ここで何がおこるのか？

自分に当てはめるとしたら、
とても興味深いですよね。

次回は、その原因と対策について具体的にお伝えしたいと思います。

1-153.健康長寿の科学より

今回は、最近注目されているアボガドという食材について。

アボガドはカロリーが高い割には糖質がほとんど含まれておらず、
ビタミン、ミネラル、食物繊維が豊富で、
生活習慣病の予防に効果的な果実として報告が多数あがっております。

アボガドを毎日食べることにより、腸内細菌の代謝産物である短鎖脂肪酸が増えるという研究報告から、

短鎖脂肪酸は脂肪細胞に作用すると脂肪の蓄積を抑えるため、肥満改善や、
インスリン抵抗性(インスリンの効きが悪くなる)を改善。

また、
・免疫力強化
・生活習慣病の予防効果
・肝臓を元気にするグルタチオン
・抗酸化力が強いフィトケミカル

を 豊富に含み、

優秀な、「アンチエイジング食材」でもありますので、私も積極的に摂っています。

皮が厚く残留農薬がわずかなことから、
ケミカルフリーな果物としても注目されているのもお勧めなところです。

What is Ceramide?

Ceramide is part of sphingomyelin, a natural fat present in the outermost layer of the skin. Ceramide acts as a crucial skin barrier, preventing moisture loss and protecting the skin from environmental damage, making it a key ingredient in effective skincare.

About FILTOM Nama Milk Ceramide (Non-heat-treated raw Milk Ceramide)

Ceramide deficiency is the primary cause of dry skin. In FILTOM, we are proud to provide natural products derived from the rare “milk ceramides” found in fresh raw cow’s milk.

1-153. エドガーケイシー食事の役目

「血液」と「リンパ液」の化学組成は、

「食べ物」や「飲み物」の化学組成と、
消化器系の状態が「正常か異常か」 によって決まります。

食べ物や飲み物は、純粋であればあるほど、

それに含まれている「病気を起こす物質や毒素」をつくり出す物質が少なく、

「生体の多種多様な機能を正しく遂行するのに必要な成分」が多く含まれるようになります。

組織をつくって修繕し、
「老廃物や系統に発生した毒素」を
中和し、排除するのであれば、

The Special of FILTOM Nama Placenta Extract
