1-27. Life with Bacteria (日本語)

The word “Bacteria activity” has become a hot topic in the media and has become a boom.

Bacterial activity, bacterial growth, intestinal activity, beautiful skin bacteria, etc.

We can find supplements and many other products related to this.

There are 1000 trillion “bacteria” in our bodies.

They are so-called “Residental Bacteria” that live in our bodies.

They live in the skin, in the nose, in the mouth, in the intestines, and in every part of the body.

Beautiful skin and hair
Healthy Body
Peace of mind

Bacteria are responsible for these balances.

Physical condition management = Bacteria control

This is not an exaggeration.

If we can keep our bacteria in optimal condition, we can have the beauty and health we truly desire.

There are also very many bacteria on the skin.

One of the most popular bacteria is the “Staphylococcus epidermidis”, which prevents skin irritation.

There are good and bad “acne bacteria”, and there are also bad bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus that can cause problems.

Bacteria continue to be active every day, fighting against the environmental problems on our body.

However, our unconscious actions can interfere with the activities of the bacteria and cause skin problems and illness.

This is very unfortunate.

There are different types and numbers of epidermal residental bacteria in different people.

A person’s residental bacteria
manage the person’s condition
with the right way for the person.

This is an amazing fact!

If we are grateful for this benefit, we must create a right environment where the “residental bacteria” can live and maintain their balance.

Gently working and nurturing the “residental bacteria” that are the key to beauty and health, and growing them in balance, will ultimately benefit us all…
