1-15. Dear Bacteria 2(日本語

Listen to the voice of the resident bacteria…

(Bacteria) “The stratum corneum is made up of the soil of dead cells, and we live on there.

We are also building communities on the skin, but when the nutrient balance and soil conditions are disturbed, the bad bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli can be increased.

But if you wash them all hard and get rid of all those bad bacteria, it causes that the bad bacteria will have a chance to get in.
It makes opposite effect.

That’s why we want you to be cleaned in moderation.
We want you to avoid surfactants that are too strong.
Ah! And also, preferably, chemical fibers, too.”

(Keiko) “When you say “moderate cleaning”, do you mean pure soap, cotton towels and so on?”

(B) “Yes, that’s right.
And a hot bath or an alkaline hot spa are also nice. The alkaline hot spa in particular will remove protein stains in moderation.

We would like ask you sanitization to be moderate as well.
Pure soap is also good because it’s alkaline.
It’s a great feeling for us.

It’s okay to think that our skin feels good, and that’s how we feel.
We want you to adjust nutritional value and cleaning methods according to how good you feel.”

We think your skincare is just same as your food life.
We would like you to change it depending on your skin condition.

We especially like how it leaves you feeling good the next day.
It’s good for your skin, too.”

It would be great if you could adjust the amount of face wash, toner, serum, and cream, while checking how your skin feels the next day. 🙂 “

I’d rather watch out for over-application than under-application.

What’s scary for us is that people will cut corners in a way that we can’t adjust. 🙂 “

(K) “Yes, I can understand that very well.
It’s really same as your daily food life, isn’t it?”

(B) “Because the skin and the stomach and intestines are the same outer skin.
The maintenance methods are also the same.”

Back to the beginning, that’s why we want you to be wary of the new ingredients.

As long as your skin and body are healthy, even if you feel a little out of sorts, you can recover with your usual diet, so you don’t have to change your usual ingredients.

Avoid excess sugar, preservatives, stress, and get enough sleep, because fresh nutrition usually helps you recover.

We’d rather like you to recover like that. In the time the skin trouble is not too late…”

(K) “I see…”

It seems that there are still many things that can be solved by listening to the voice of the resident bacteria (guardians) as soon as possible and taking appropriate measures.
