1-18. The intestines represent the figure of a person(日本語

Our bodies are made up of microorganisms.

Especially in the intestines, there are unknown ecosystem of countless microorganisms that keeps us healthy.

The relationship between a hundred trillion bacteria in intestines and health is very interesting.

A baby in a mother is in a completely clean condition without any bacteria, and receiving only nourishment from the umbilical cord to grow.

Babies contact with bacteria just after birth when they come out into the open air.

Then you can never be free from association with all the bacteria until you grow old and die.

Our daily life means a life with bacteria, and our physical condition, our future illness, and in some cases, our personality, are all affected by them.

In the human body, the intestine is the place where the most of these bacteria live.

What we eat is not only absorbed by the body for energy, but also part of it feeds them and supports their lives.

Their reproductive depends on what we eat.

A little bit philosophical about the relationship between bacteria and food, the way we eat has a lot to do with the way each person lives, and behind the way we live is the mindset that support it.

In other words, our bodies are made up of “what we eat” and “how we think”.
